    MME FLEXIBLE RESIN is a low-viscosity polyurethane resin designed for single-component injection. It penetrates fine cracks and reacts with water to form a flexible hydrophobic foam barrier that stops flowing leaks and seepages. It is suitable for use near potable water. Once cured, the hydrophobic seal repels water, will not shrink or expand, and serves as a long-term solution to water infiltration in concrete structures.

  • CIMENT FONDU

    CIMENT FONDU

    MME Multiurethanes CIMENT FONDU consists mainly of calcium aluminates (CaO & Al2O3) and other minor ingredients. This product is typically used in refractory applications where high-temperature resistance is required, as well as applications that require corrosion resistance.

    For mining and heavy civil grouting applications, it is used in conjunction with Type GU, Type HE and other similar cements for setting drill casings or other specific applications where rapid strength development is required to reduce delay time before re-drilling can proceed.

    By comparison, cement Types GU and HE consist mainly of calcium silicates (CaO & SiO2) and other minor ingredients and typically take several hours to cure to a hardened state.

    MULTI-GEL

    MULTI-GEL is a solvent-free, non-toxic, single-component water-reactive polyurethane injection resin. It reacts with water to form a flexible hydrophilic barrier. Depending on the amount of water in the mixture and when cured, MULTI-GEL will vary in consistency from strong elastic rubber-like foams, to stable gels containing as much as 800% water. After curing, MULTI-GEL absorbs limited amounts of water and will shrink slowly if allowed to dry.

    ADVANTAGES

    • In the range of 1:1 to 2:1 water:resin ratios, hydrophilic foams with decreasing strength are obtained in less than one minute
