    Air-Powered Cement Grout Plant

    The CG-500-3X8/A grout plant is a complete grouting system that combines a high-pressure double-acting plunger pump with two high-efficiency paddle mixers to permit continuous pumping as each mix tank alternates feeding the pump. The double-acting plunger pump is designed for simple conversion between different pressure outputs as well as reduced disassembly time for cleaning and maintenance. Both mixers are equipped with baffles, bag breakers and variable speed high-efficiency paddles that provide rapid mixing.

    FEATURES

    • Maximum performance and versatility for cement grouting of mines, tunnels, shafts, dams, tiebacks, foundations, soil and rock anchors.

    • Tank outlets are large slide gates that allow viscous grouting materials to flow quickly into the removable holding hopper.

    • Patented positive displacement, double-acting plunger pump features durable cast iron construction for the punishing demands of high-pressure grouting.

    • Reversible ball seats and chrome plated plungers significantly reduce maintenance costs.
